Farenheit 600

This week is a really doubt period to me.
My leader and I got bullied by other managers during daily meeting due to our manager is on business trip.
To make me happy and forget the working stress, bii brought me to a cafe that we never been at Friday happy hour time.
It is Farenheit 600 located at Publika KL.
From the pictures below, you can feel very comfortable and can distress through enjoy a premium coffee in a quiet place.

 Don't know why... Wall with this kind of decoration always get my attention and keep staring on it when sitting there

Of course I wanna shared the pastry and coffee I had at this nice decorated cafe.

 Tropizienne Cake - a custard-filled sugar-dusted brioche, which is a french pastry. It is taste special when eating a non-fine-texture bread with the cold custard. By the way I like it as I like unique thingy.

 Salted Caramel Latte - What to say ?! It is smell nice, taste good and decorate well. 2 thumbs up for me *big smile with teeth*

Iced Green Tea Latte - the ratio of green tea and coffee is 70:30. It is highly recommended to organic japan green tea lover.

Hello... Here have no update for 10 days long...

This is because I went Melaka for short getaway from city and named it as Melaka 3D2N Food Trip v^_^v

Whole journey will be shared later. 

Now I want share a retro themed cafe that introduced by my lovely and gorgeous ex-house mate, Jaslyn Chin who studied together in Kampar last time.

Mods Cafe is located at Jonker Walk, a popular attractions for local, Malaysian and foreigner.

Normally you won't realized there is a cafe located at the middle of the shop lot, unless you able to walk slow and look clear what is the shop selling under hot weather.

With the retro outlook, of course the interior decoration will be match as well.

The most excited thing is a old fashion bus inside the cafe. According to Jaslyn, cafe owner will drive it out if there have any event that require larger space.

With the limited space, they only served few beverages and desserts.

Through Jaslyn's recommendation, we had ordered 1 slide of cheese cake and beverages.

Cheese Cake - it is soft and directly melt on your tongue when you put into your mouth. With the cranberry jam, it tastes a little sour, sweet and very rich cheese taste.

Iced Cafe Latte - the coffee become smoother and taste nice by adding a little sugar syrup

Iced Mocha - it is a bit sweet and nice, but not my flavor

Iced Dark Coco - without adding any sugar syrup, the pure cocoa taste is rich and sustain in mouth quite long time

I am hardly recommended you to try this out if you are visit to Melaka.

To me, it is a MUST TRY !!!

How are you going to spend Friday night (a.k.a Happy Hour) ?

To me, I always choose to enjoy delicious pastry or cakes in a quiet cafe for pampering myself after a busy working week .

That's why I went to TLJ @ Bukit Bintang just now. (They have another branch located at Bangsar.)

Once stepped into TLJ, the first thing attracted me is the french style renovation and retro decoration.

Next, the smell of pastries were attracted my attention and stopped from visiting every corner of TLJ.

Wow~~~ Sort of cakes are in front of me and alluring me to eat them. OMG !!!

Breads also looks yummy. 

Without wasting any minutes, I and bii ordered few breads, dessert and beverage for our dinner.

Dang Dang~ These were what we ordered.

Caffe Mocha - Good smell, smooth taste, nice decoration coffee and I love it 

Cranberry Walnut - It is a bit hard but taste very "cranberry"

Berry Berry Tiramisu - Don't get cheat by its' outlook. It is not as sweet as you see/think/assume (most of people think that PINK color dessert must be in a very sweet taste). Try this out if you like dessert but not like sweet.

Garlic Bread - It is hard too, but taste not bad.

Soft Sweet Potato Cream Bun - It is filling because full of breads, sweet potato and cream powder. We can't finished even half of it.

Ps. I am a die-cast bread lover. I would never say NO to breads or pastries no matter how high calories it is or I am on diet. Hmmm... Maybe this is the reason I keep failed in diet plan. LOL

I would like to share the whole story with you.

A purple paper decoration flower bouquet with red envelope was delivered by a dark skin worker at heavy raining day.
And he had yelled to my house for more than 10 minutes, but had no one gave response.
This is because my family and I never expected that any courier service is available at weekend, and assumed that there is someone looking one of neighbor. Hence we were just ignored it.
Later my cousin brother, who stayed next to my home, was helped the worker to call us up and told us about it.
What a silly thing we did. Not waste any single minute, my sister ran out and received it on behalf of me.
It is really a stupid yet funny process to receive this pressie.

Dang dang.... here is the top view of flower...

Erm... there is written that flower bouquet of 5 stalks Lilies in the receipt.

But there has 7 stalks of Lilies after I counted again and again. 0_0"

Nevermind... maybe the florist shop made a mistake and exchanged with other order. 

That's why I got extra 2 Lilies. Hope the one who got 2 less flowers won't angry with her loved one. Otherwise I would feel guilty. >_<"

Last but not least, thanks for remember I like white Lilies instead of red Roses. By the way I love Tulips most.

Ficelle Boulangerie & Patisserie

I knew this bakery shop quite long ago, but didn't have chance to try it.

And, finally I am here now!

Ficelle have a nice renovation and decoration, which is similar design as Levain (under same management) located at off Jalan Imbi.

Here is a comfortable place to spending time with friends, families or loves one.

Other than nice environment, of course rich variety of food is served here.

These are what I had tried.

Quiche

I love this so much ♥ this is enough as dinner.

Turkey Ham and Egg

This pastry is looks so so but it is tasty and suitable to have it as breakfast although I having it as dinner =P 

Creamy Chicken Mushroom Soup

Class and cute decoration as usual ♥ using coffee cup as container instead of normal bowl/plate

Cappuccino

Oops... the heart shaped milk foam decoration is spoiled when captured the photo *sob sob*

Chicken Bolognase Spaghetti

Very cheesy as per described by my admirer ♥ hehehe.....

Caramel Baumkuchen

Sweet yet delicious dessert

Guess I will be there within these few days.

Argh... really craving for its pastries.

Ps. most of the pastries will be given promotion of buy 1 get 1 free (for same pastries) after 7pm everyday.
